1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. They let the site recognise your browser during a visit, remember your choices and work securely.

2. Cookies We Use
We only use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work and to keep it secure:

Local storage
To remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice, the site saves a cookie-notice flag in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal data, is not sent to our server and stays on your device until you clear your browser data.
3. What We Do Not Use
We do not use analytics, performance, advertising, targeting, tracking or social-media cookies. Our videos are served from our own server. The one exception is the map on the Contact page, which is provided by Google Maps. When you open the Contact page, your IP address is sent to Google (Google LLC, USA) and Google may set its own cookies; these are controlled by Google, not by us, and Google's privacy and cookie policies apply. The maps on the home page and on property, development and search pages load from OpenStreetMap servers; they set no cookies, but your IP address reaches those servers. The links to Instagram, WhatsApp and the villa websites are plain links; once you follow one, that platform's own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Because every cookie we use is strictly necessary for the site you are visiting to work, we do not ask for your consent and there is no cookie preference panel. The cookie notice shown on the site is for information only. Processing through these cookies is based on our legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
4. Managing Cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. All common browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge, let you manage cookies and site data from their privacy or security settings; your browser's help pages explain the exact steps. Clearing site data also removes the cookie-notice flag from local storage.
Please bear in mind that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work properly. For example, the contact form cannot be submitted without them.
